At Best Shoe Store, we stand behind the quality of our performance footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sandals & slides once they have been worn or if the original packaging is damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below).
  3. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  4. Package your item securely in the original packaging and include all original tags and accessories.
  5. Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges: Will be processed immediately after approval, with the new item shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the product was defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • All customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Sandals & Slides (if worn or original packaging is damaged)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
