Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sandals & Slides that have been worn or have damaged original packaging

Refund Process
- Inspection: Typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival at our warehouse
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- Exchanges: Processed immediately after approval, with new item shipped within 1-2 business days
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except when we sent the wrong item or the product was defective
- For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item
